Senior Data Engineer
I build data platforms that teams trust in production. A large part of my hands-on delivery experience has been across ETL, orchestration, APIs, and startup-to-enterprise data work, with the stack shaped by the environment rather than by preference alone.
My most recent role expanded that base. At Quantexa, I learned Scala in-role, became comfortable delivering with it, worked on Quantexa implementation and development, and completed Quantexa Data Engineer certification while supporting insurance AML and investigative use cases plus banking KYC workflows. That experience sits within my broader data engineering profile rather than replacing it.
I focus on practical architecture: scalable ingestion, clean orchestration, system design, data architecture, and measurable outcomes tied to business workflows. I also work directly with deployment and CI/CD teams, so I understand how release workflows, containers, environments, and operational controls shape delivery in practice.

Quantexa + Scala
I learned Scala on the job at Quantexa, became comfortable using it in delivery, and applied it alongside Spark in regulated implementations that were using Quantexa's platform. I am not positioning myself as a builder of custom ER engines from scratch.

I work effectively across system design, data architecture, cloud services, and software delivery concerns rather than staying narrowly inside pipeline code.
Delivery Workflows
I work effectively with Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, ArgoCD, and Azure DevOps based teams and understand how deployment methodology impacts engineering choices.
